摘要
个性化是当代教育发展的重要思潮,它结合个体特征,充分发挥学生的主体性,培养他们的创造性并实现未来的可持续性发展,对课程教学具有重要的理论指导意义。在高职大学英语教学中,个性化教学理念可以通过分层次教学模式、自主合作的教学方式以及多元教学评价得以充分体现。
Personalization, one of the important thoughts in modem education, is based on individual differences, gives full play to student' s subjectivity, and emphasizes their creativity and sustainable development. It is of great theoretical significance to teaching. In English teaching of higher technical colleges, the theory of personalization can be applied through hierarchical teaching patterns, self - regulated and cooperative teaching methods, and diversified teaching assessment.
