摘要
目的:提高解郁颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对解郁颗粒中的刺五加、丹参、当归、白芍进行定性鉴别。结果:薄层色谱图斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。结论:方法简便可行,结果准确可靠,重现性好,可作为本制剂的质量控制方法。
Objective ：To advance the quality standard of Jieyu Granules. Methods： Radix et Rhizoma seu Caulis Acan- thopanacis Senticosi,Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Paeoniao Radix Alba in this medicine were identified by TLC. Results：The spots on TLC plates were clear without interference in the blank reference. Conclusion： The method is simple, reliable, accurate and can be appliedas the quality control melhod of Jieyu Granules.
