摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定复方芩兰口服液中绿原酸的含量方法。方法:用C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0.4%磷酸(20:80),流速:1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为325nm。结果:绿原酸进样量在0.8464-8.464μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9999;平均回收率为99.4%,RSD=0.4%(n=6)。结论:建立的方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Chlorogenic acid in Fufang Qinlan Oral liquid.Methods:The method was performed on C18 columm(250×4.6 mm,5 μm),with mobile phase consisting of methanol and 0.4% phosphoric acid solution(20:80).The low 1.0 mL·min-1,detection wavelength was set at 325nm.Results:The linear range of Chlorogenic acid was 0.8464-8.464μg.The correlation coefficient was 0.9999 and the average recovery(n= 6)was 99.4%,and the RSD was 0.4%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and repeatable,it can be used quality control of the preparation.
