基于恒张力系统的汽车起动机转子专用加工设备的研制

摘要 目前国内起动机转子外圆表面的加工普遍在普通数控车床上加工,产品质量严重依靠技术工人操作水平,不合格率高,已无法满足市场对汽车零部件质量和产能的要求,针对这一现状开发设计了一种起动机转子数字化控制专用车削设备。该设备采用恒张力系统及自动定位系统工艺,实现换向器片间跳动小于0.03 mm,通过采用数控系统及系统内部PLC程序设计,实现柔性自动化控制,使汽车起动机转子外圆表面的车削加工工艺更合理、更有效,产品质量达到国际先进水平。 The current domestic outside round surface of the rotor starter is commonly processed in ordinary numerical control lathe processing. The product quality was seriously relied on operation level of technology workers, fraction defective was high, and had been failed to meet current market for auto parts quality and capacity requirements. Aiming at this current situation, a starter rotor digital control equipment for turning was developed and designed. The constant tension systems and automatic positioning system tech nology were used by this equipment to realize the beat between commutation of less than 0. 03 mm. By using numerical control system and internal PLC program design, the flexible automation control is realized to make more reasonable and more effective of the car out side surface of the rotor starter round turning processing technology, and the quality of products reach the international advanced level.
