摘要
本文以某钢铁公司进口的冷轧钢带设备的恒张力系统,建立了动力学方程,经分析计算,揭示出套筒滚子链条常折断的主要原因,是原设计以配重重力为链条的拉力载荷来校校强度与实际问题有较大误差.并以动力学数学模型计算拉力为依据,在不改变原设计原理、结构尺寸和工作参数等条件下,用钢丝绳替代链传动,经生产实践验证改进是成功的.
In the article the dynamical equations is built on the cold-roll steel-tape equipment's constant-tension system of a Steel-Iron Cop. and the main cause of the breaking of the bushing-roller chain in the system is revealed through analysis and calculation,there was a larger error between the practice and the checking strength of the Chain's tensile load with weight gravity in prior design. Taken dynamic mathematics model as basis of calculating tenson,under the conditions of unchanged the principle of prior design,structural size and working parameters,substituted a steel cable for Chain drive,the improvement is successful by testing in the productive practice.
