摘要 PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)与触摸屏的组合应用为发射机控制提供了一个全新、方便可靠、功能完善的软硬件平台。文中介绍了GE公司新推出的ProficyME 5.80软件的使用和开发,描述了该软件的集成开发环境和开发工具,在此基础上分别介绍了该发射机控制系统的硬件和软件设计,给出了PLC模块配置图和控制程序流程图,阐述了触摸屏IC754VSL12CTD的程序和显示界面设计,以及该发射机控制系统的通信特点。 The application of the PLC together with the touch screen provides a new, convenient, reliable, multifunctional platform of software and hardware for the design of radar transmitter control system. This paper explains how to use the software named Proficy ME developed by GE company, USA, IDE (Integrated Development Environment) and development tools of the software in detail. Based on the above description, a method of software and hardware design for radar transmitter control system is suggested, and the configuration layout of the PLC module and the flow chart of the control program are provided. The program design and the GUI (graphics user interface) of the touch screen, which model is "IC754VSL12CTD" product by GE company is illustrated. Finally, the communication characteristics of the radar transmitter control system were explained in detail.
