摘要 基于当前大学生挫折承受能力较低与种种反常举动频发的现状,在论证体育对提高学生挫折承受能力具有得天独厚优势并具备可行性的基础上,运用文献资料、访谈、实验等方法,就体育挫折教育情境的设置与应用进行了研究。体育挫折情境是在学生需要、兴趣相反的方向上设置挫折情境,以阻碍其愿望、目标的实现,最终提高学生忍受挫折打击能力并能使其保持自身心理平衡的一种挫折情境形式,这种情境从"难、艰、失"的角度满足了挫折教育的条件。研究结果显示,体育挫折教育情境对学生挫折承受能力和挫折排解能力的提高起到了显著的作用,实施过程中如有体育教师的语言指导效果更加。 With the lower - level present situation of college students' frustration tolerance and the frequent abnormal behaviors, the paperbasing on the physical education demonstration has the advantage and feasibility to enhance students'frustration tolerance. Using methods of literature, expert interview, experiment and other methods to do re- search on the establishment and application of sports frustration education. As a frustration situation form to improve students" anti -frustration ability and maintain their own mental balance, the sports frustration situation set on opposite direction of the students' needs and interests, and its purpose is to prevent the realization of students' desire and goal. The sports frustration situation has meet the condition of frustration education from the angle of "difficult, set back, lose". The results shows that the situation of sports frustration education plays a significant positive role to im- prove the ability of frustration tolerance and resolve setback for college students, but the language guide of physical education teachers is indispensable in the implementation process of frustration education.
