摘要
从生态与产业共生发展的视角,本文将造纸工业循环经济扩展到林纸绿色供应链的范围,研究其总体发展思路与系统原理。研究表明,造纸工业循环经济具有原料的可再生性、纸产品的可回收性、对非环保材料的替代性、环境污染的可控性、生产用水和废液的可回用性、能量的自给性、供应链的可拓展性、循环形态的多样性、与生态环境的共生性等特性,比一般制造业更具有实施循环经济的良好条件。根据这些绿色共生特性,本文构建了造纸工业循环经济的5R模式。该模式除了一般循环经济系统所具有的减量化(reduction)、再循环(recycle)和再利用(reuse)等子系统外,还包含了独具特色的再分配(re-distribution)和再营林(reforestation)两个子系统。本文在此基础上还提出了实施5R循环经济模式的对策建议。
Expanding the circular economy in paper industry into the green supply chain of forest-paper,this paper studies the development and system principle of paper industry circular economy(PICE) from the perspective of symbiotic development of both ecology and industry.The results show that PICE has the following characteristics:the renewability of raw material,recyclability of paper products,an alternative to non-green materials,controllability of pollution,reusability of process water and effluent,self-sufficient energy,expansibility of supply chain,diversity of circular morphology,and symbiosis with ecology.For this reason the paper industry has greater potential for developing circular economy than other manufacturing.Accordingly a 5R model of PICE is built.In addition to the subsystems of reduction,recycle and reuse in common circular economy system,this model includes another two subsystems of redistribution and reforestation.Finally the paper makes some suggestions on how to implement the model.
