摘要
广东省委、省政府高瞻远瞩,把造纸工业列为我省有潜力发展的支柱产业之一,为我省造纸工业的发展创造了新的机遇。本文分析广东造纸工业的发展概况,阐述循环经济的基本准则和适应性,介绍我省造纸企业发展循环经济的实践与成效,提出了实行循环经济、加快我省造纸工业发展的若干建议。
Paper industry has been defined as one of nine key industrial departments with great developing potential by Guangdong government,which has created a new opportunity for the development of Guangdong paper industry. In this paper, the developing situation of Guangdong paper industry has been reviewed. The basic principles and suitability of recycling economy model have been described. The practice and achievements of adopting recycling economy model in Guangdong paper enterprises have been introduced. Some suggestions for adopting recycling economy model and accelerating the development of Guangdong paper industry are put forward.
