摘要
进入"十五"以来,内蒙古固定资产投资得到了快速增长,迅速增强了内蒙古经济社会发展的后劲和动力;而从未来形势看,内蒙古基础产业、基础设施以及战略性新型产业的发展依然要求固定资产投资保持一定增长。在整体固定资产投资资金需求量大、地区资本形成率比较高且投融资渠道较窄的背景下,创新固定资产投融资模式,充分挖掘投融资潜力,将是内蒙古今后及未来保持投资适度增长从而拉动经济社会又好又快发展的关键环节。
Since ＂the tenth five - year plan＂, the fixed assets investment of Inner Mongolia is increasing rapid- ly, which strengthens the force of economic and social development. However, seeing from future situation, the de- velopment of basic industries ~ infrastructure and strategic new - type industries still requires that fixed assets invest- ment keeps certain growth, under the background of huge demand for overall fixed assets investment, high rate of local capital formation and narrow investment and financing channel, innovating fixed assets investment and finan- cing mode, fully excavating investment and financing potentials will be the key for Inner Mongolia to keep invest- ment growth so as to pull better and faster economic and social development.
