摘要
将资产证券化这一金融创新工具运用到基础设施建设融资中,是解决基础设施融资这一难题的有效途径。本文参照住房抵押贷款证券化比较成功的模式和基础设施证券化成功案例对基础设施证券化融资模式进行大胆的设计,提出了基础设施资产证券化三种融资模式,并根据其特点进行选择分析,提出了基础设施证券化可操作的融资模式。
Securitization , which is a new financing tool, is a valid solution to raise money for infrastructure. Referring to successful house mortagage loan securitization and infrastructure securitization, the thesis presents three financing modes of infrastructure securitization. According to the situation of our country, the thesis presents the operational financing mode of infrastructure securitization from the characte-ristics of the three modes.
