摘要
长期以来,我国城市基础设施建设主要是通过政府财政投资。随着改革开放的不断深化,城市化进程的不断加快,一方面政府负担越来越重,另一方面民间资金的储蓄量越来越大,将大量的民间资金吸引到城市基础设施建设领域,不但可以缓解城市基础设施建设与发展过程中资金不足的难题,而且可以提高城市基础设施的管理效率。城市基础设施领域吸纳民间资本不但必要,而且可行。政府应积极转变观念,制定政策,吸引更多的民间资本参与城市基础设施领域的投资。
Chinese city＇s infrastructure construction has been mainly invested by the government for a long time.Following the deepening and promoting of our reform and opening-up to the outside of the world and the process of our city development the city＇s infrastructure construction has realistic demands to the enormous folk capital.The necessity of the application of project financing in the field of our country＇s urban infrastructure construction is obvious and evident.The government should change the traditional opinions and make new policies.Based on that,some projects financing ways that can be applied to city＇s infrastructure construction and fit for our country.
