摘要
本学科结合血液病的特点，对进入血液专科的实／见习生进行接诊前培训和临床接诊训练。即在熟悉血液病专业知识、掌握血液病患者的特点、认识到接诊知识重要性和接诊前的强化训练的基础上，通过教员指导临床接诊实践，对存在问题进行分析和总结，使实／见习生临床接诊能力得到明显的提高，为其今后临床技能的学习打下基础。
Our department performed the training for clinical interns before and after reception practice based on the characteristics of blood disease, in order to let them to grasp the features of patients. After enough practice before reception（ familiarizing with the professional knowledge of hematopathy, mastering the characteristics of patients with hematopathy, realizing the importance of reception knowledge and accepting the traning before reception） , reception practice was performed under the instruction of teachers. Existing problems were analyzed and summarized by teachers. Ability of clinical reception of students was improved, which laid the foundation for learning clinical skills in the future.
