摘要
本文分析了医学生礼仪教育是培养现代医学人才的需要,是继承祖国优良医德传统的内在要求,可以促进医学生身心健康发展以及医生职业的良好发展。提出了医学生礼仪教育的方法和策略:注重教师的言传身教和榜样作用;课堂讲授要形象生动,采取模拟训练与角色扮演,开展各种竞赛活动,激发学生的学习热情与兴趣;加强礼仪训练,日常生活细节养成良好礼仪习惯等。
This paper presents that the etiquette education of medical students is the necessary for cultivating modern medical talents and an inner requirement for inheriting our country＇s fine traditions of medical ethics. It can also promote the physical and mental development of medical students and the good development of medical profession. It also put forward the medical students etiquette education methods and strategies, which is to focus on the teachers role models, to teach of vivid images, to take training and role-playing simulation, to carry out various competitions and inspire students enthusiasm and interest, to learn to strengthen etiquette training, to cultivate good etiquette habits in details of daily life.
