摘要
医学生作为未来的医务工作者,他们的医学水平和职业道德水平将直接影响我国医疗卫生事业的发展。当前的医学生由于其出生的年代、成长的环境、接受的教育的不同,与"80后"、"70后"在思想方面有着本质的差别。面对新形势,要培养医德高尚,技术精湛的"90后"医学生,必须针对新问题,转变新思路,从医德教育内容、课程体系、教育平台等方面入手,走出一条新途径。
As the medical workers in the future, medical students＇ medical level and level of professional ethics will directly influence the development of medical and health services in China. Due to different birth generations, growing environments and the education they received, they have essential differences with the students after 1980s and 1970s in the aspect of ideol- ogy. Facing the new situation, to train the medical students after 1990s with noble medical ethics and excellent skills, we must change the thoughts according to the new problems and explore a new approach from the aspects of the teaching contents, curriculum system and educational platform of medical ethics education.
