摘要
采用分生组织细胞内的染色体加倍方法,对柴胡种芽和幼苗生长点进行诱导突变,以确定秋水仙素的最佳处理比较和处理时间,并对突变植株进行植物学观察,结果表明,浓度为0.3%的秋水仙素处理24 h,柴胡幼苗的突变率较高,相对死亡率较低。诱变植株形态上,处理植株幼苗的前期真叶生长明显受抑制,变异的幼苗不仅第1对真叶出现较迟,株高都显著低于对照株,叶片也较对照厚,但其主茎却较对照株粗壮,其主茎的节间也缩短。
The chromosome doubling in meristem cells that was applied bupleurum buds and seedlings growth point induced mutation was used to study the best treatment and processing time, and mutant was observed in botany. The results showed that bupleurum treated with the concentration of 0.3% for 24 h had the higher seedlings mutation rate and lower mortality rate. Mutation in plant morphology, seedlings of early leaf growth was restrained,variation of seedling not only the first pair of true leaf appears later, plant height were significantly lower than those in the control lines, blade was more thick than confrol, but its main stem was thickset than control,its main stem internodes shorten.
