摘要
目的建立一种快速准确鉴定降糖类保健食品中非法添加化学药品的方法。方法采用RP-HPLC法，以ODS-C18为固定相，乙腈-水（55：45），流速：1．0mL／min，检测波长235nm。结论该方法简单，可快速准确鉴定出降糖类保健食品中是否含有非法添加的化学药品。
Objective To establish a method for identification of four componernts of diabetes medicine added liegally to health porduts.Methods RP-HPLC was used,column was ODS-C18,The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（55：45）,detected at 235 nm. Conclusion The method is simple,can be used to detect the illegal mixtures in health products.
