摘要
为满足社区、农村地区对医学人才的需要,加强医学教育与卫生需要结合,促进"人人享有基本医疗卫生服务"重大战略目标实现,按照"质量为本、整体提高、协调发展、服务基层"培养思路,进行"厚基础、重实践、强能力"应用型护理人才培养模式探析,以培养出综合素质高,适应能力强应用型护理专业人才。
Based on the nurturing norm of ＂ quality based, universal improvement, har- monious development, serving the grassro- ots＂, our school explored to cultivate the students into applicationJ nurses with high overall qualities, adaptabilities, and such skills as strong basic knowledge, practical experience and capabilities. This educational exploration aims at meeting the need of medicare students in communities and coun- trysides, enhancing the combination of medi- cal education with hygiene and realizing the universal access to basic health services.
