摘要
医学专业青年教师的教学质量影响着学校整体的教学质量。笔者从教师的角度出发,分析了当前中职卫校医学专业青年教师在教学中存在的问题,提出了一些提高医学专业青年教师教学质量的方法和措施。
The teaching quality of the young teachers in Medicine profession affects the school＇s overall teaching quality. This article is speaking from the teachers＇ perspective, it had analyzed the teaching problems occurred amongst the young teachers in the Medicine profession in the current secondary vocational health school, it had put forward some methods and measures on how to improve the teaching quality of the young teachers in the Medicine profession.
