摘要
针对车削加工中的约束优化问题,建立以切削速度v和进给量f为优化变量、以加工成本最小为目标的约束优化设计模型。提出了改进约束处理的自适应罚函数法和一种改进差分进化(Improved Differential Evolution,IDE)算法。应用IDE算法求解切削参数约束优化问题的全局最优解。给出了数值实例,通过与已有结果的比较,表明结合约束处理的IDE算法的有效性和稳健性。
For the constrained optimization problem in turning machining, it is established on the cutting speed (v) and feeding a- mount (f) as the optimize parameter. The controlled optimizing design model, which improved controlled self-adaptive penalty function and IDE. The application of IDE can solved the controlled optimization problem. The IDE can also point out the numeri- cal value in fact, and prove the effective and stabilization of the new method with constraint handling according to the numerical value.
