摘要
以TC4钛合金为试验对象,通过干式车削正交试验得到刀具磨损和工件表面粗糙度值。以获得刀具磨损和工件表面粗糙度最佳值所对应的工艺切削参数为目标,运用灰色理论对正交试验结果进行数据分析,将多工艺目标通过灰色关联度的方式演变为单一指标的考察,实现工艺目标的整合计算,并得到了最优的切削参数组合。对最优参数组合进行试验验证,结果表明:最优切削参数组合能够在减轻刀具磨损的同时提高表面质量,并且提高了多工艺目标的灰色关联度。通过灰色理论进行参数优化,达到了预期的工艺目标,为实现快速优化试验参数提供了可靠的方法。
The tool wear and surface roughness of TC4 titanium alloy were obtained by orthogonal test of dry turning.The grey theory was used to analyze the data of orthogonal test results,in order to obtain the cutting parameters corresponding to the optimum values of tool wear and workpiece surface roughness.By means of grey correlation degree,the multi-process objectives are transformed into a single index,and the integrated calculation of process objectives is realized.Meanwhile,the optimal combination of cutting parameters is also obtained.The experimental results show that the optimal combination of cutting parameters can reduce tool wear and improve surface quality,and increase the grey correlation degree of multi-process objectives.Consequently,the grey theory is feasible to optimize the parameters,which achieves the anticipated technological objectives and provides a reliable method for rapid optimization of test parameters.
