微织构密度刀具切削性能分析及模糊综合评价

摘要 设计了一种多种类型的变密度微圆坑织构排布状态的刀具,以钛合金为对象进行钻削测试,对比了表面微织构与组合状态下的钻削加工效果,并通过模糊评价方法确定刀具前刀面织构的最优设计方法。研究结果表明:受到微织构抗磨减摩影响钻削力减小程度远超过刀具表面粗糙引起的额外摩擦作用,导致整体钻削力发生了降低。需适当降低微织构数量,减缓微圆坑边缘和切屑之间的二次切削影响,促进钻削力的降低。织构参数为120μm时可以获得最小的切削温度,随着织构间距的减小,织构也达到了更密集的程度,此时微坑织构具有良好的减磨抗磨效果,变密度微织构对于切削温度降低效果相对恒定密度微织构更明显。模糊综合评价得到200-120-160排布形式的微织构密度刀具达到了最优切削加工性能。 A type of cutting tool with variable density micro-pit texture configuration is designed,and the drilling results are compared between the surface micro-texture and the combined state,and the optimal design method is determined by fuzzy evaluation method.The results show that the reduction of drilling force caused by micro-texture anti-wear and friction is much greater than the additional friction caused by the rough tool surface,resulting in a decrease in the overall drilling force.It is necessary to reduce the amount of micro-texture appropriately,slow down the influence of secondary cutting between micro-pit edge and the chip,and promote the reduction of drilling force.When the texture parameter is 120μm,the minimum cutting temperature can be obtained,and the texture is denser with the decrease of the texture spacing.In this case,the micro-pit texture has a good wear reduction and anti-wear performance,and the variable density micro-texture is better at reducing the cutting temperature than the constant density micro-texture.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation shows that the 200-120-160 micro-texture density tool has the best cutting performance.
