摘要
目的:探讨MSCT三维重组在胸部外伤诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析83例胸部外伤患者MSCT影像学资料,观察各种三维重组技术对损伤的显示情况。结果:胸廓骨折78例,肺组织损伤56例,气胸及液气胸35例,纵隔积气或血肿33例,支气管断裂2例,膈肌破裂1例,腹部脏器损伤11例。结论:MSCT三维重组技术安全、快速,能清晰的显示胸部各组织结构的损伤,为临床提供全面和准确的信息,具有很高的诊断价值,可以作为急危重胸部外伤患者的首选检查技术。
Objective:to investigate the clinical application value of MSCT 3D-reconstruction for the chest trauma diagnosis.Methods:retrospectively analyse the imagining material of 80 chest trauma patients.And observe the display of the injury situation with 3D-reconstrction technology.Results:the thoracic fracture 78 cases,lung injury 56 cases,pneumothorax and liquid pneumothorax 35 cases,pneumomediastinum or hematoma 33 cases,two bronchial fracture,and one diaphragmatic rupture.Conclusion:MSCT 3D-reconstruction technoloy is safe and fast in diagnosis of chest injury.It can show different injury of organ and tissue in the chest and provide comprehensive and precise information for clinical diagnosis which has very high diagnostic value and can be the preferred diagnostic technoloy for emergency and severe chest trauma.
