摘要
通过组合铈源和引入固定钾显著提高了催化剂的活性和耐低水比的能力,开发成功了新一代GS-HA低水比催化剂,该催化剂具有低水比条件下失活速率慢、活性高的特点。在二段负压绝热评价装置上,一、二反入口温度分别为615℃和620℃,乙苯液体空速为0.5 h-1,水比为1.15(wt),二反出口压力-50 kPa条件下,乙苯转化率为67.0%,苯乙烯选择性大于96.8%。催速老化试验结果表明,该催化剂的失活速率为-0.007 974%/h,优于最新引进催化剂。
A novel GS-HA catalyst with low steam-to oil ratio is successfully developed by integrating Cerium source and incorporating fixed potassium. The obtained catalyst shows high catalytic activity and low deactivation rate at low steam-to oil ratio. In two-stage adiabatic evaluation unit under reduced pressure, the inlet temperature of first and second reactor are 615℃and 620℃, respectively. The liquid space velocity of ethylbenzene and steam-to oil ratio are 0. 5 h^-l and 1.15 (wt), repectively. When the outlet pressure of the second rector is -50 kPa, the conversion of ethylbenzene is 67.0% and the selectively of styrene is over 96. 8%. The results of accelerated aging test show that the deactivation rate is -0. 007 974%/h,which is better than the latest introduced catalyst.
