摘要
对新型湿敏陶瓷元件 MgCr_O_4-Bi_2O_3的研究表明,它具有阻值变化范围大,响应快,温滞小,不需加热清洗等特点.同时进行了多种老化方法对 MgCr_2O_4-Bi_2O_3湿-阻特性的影响的试验研究.获得较为理想结果.
Rcsearch on a new humidity resistor,MgCr_2O_4-Bi_2O_3,shows that it has the features of large range of resistance change,short time of resPonsc,small humidity hysteresis and unneccessary hot cleaning.Manymethods of ageing which affect property of MgCrO-BiO humidity-resistance have been studied and ideal results have been obtained.
