摘要
教师的自我效能感是教师在进行某种教育教学活动之前对自己能够在什么程度上完成该活动所具有的信念、判断或把握的感受能力。文章从自我效能感的概念以及对教师的影响入手,由一般到特殊分析了目前高校思政教师自我效能感的现状,提出了提高高校思政教师自我效能感的着力点,以期加强对高校思政教师自我效能感的关注,并有针对性地提高高校思政教师的自我效能感。
Teacher’s perceived self-efficacy is an important component of teacher’s qualities.It refers to teacher’s judgment and belief of educational influence and his or her own education abilities.Based on the definition and influences,this paper analyzes the situation of teacher’s perceived self-efficacy and points out some measures to strengthen the attention of the teachers’ self-efficacy and to improve the teachers’ self-efficacy.
