摘要
本文试图从院校管理和教师发展两个方面较为系统地探讨高职教师的职业认同问题。从管理上可通过以下途径来实现:创造积极的院校文化、实施人性化管理、帮助教师设计自己的职业规划、对教师进行教师职业认知的学习和训练。从教师发展方面通过创建自己的目标认同、情感认同和专业认同,从而提高自身的职业认同。
This paper attempt to probe into teachers' career identity of higher vocational colleges according to school management and teachers' development.The problem can be solved by managements of creation of college culture;the enforcement of humanistic management,the design of teachers' career planning,and the study and training of teachers' profession.And by creation of identities of teachers' own goals,feelings and specialties,teachers can promote their own profession identity.
