摘要
利用环氧基聚醚封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷(α,ω-PESO)与四甲基乙二胺的开环加成反应,合成了一种季铵化聚醚嵌段聚硅氧烷(QBPEAS),用红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)、透射电镜(TEM)、纳米粒度仪、扫描电镜(SEM)等对QBPEAS及其乳液在纤维表面的成膜形态进行了分析.结果发现,季铵化聚醚嵌段聚硅氧烷QBPEAS乳液的平均粒径为36.8 nm,Zeta电位为+42.5 mV,其在纤维表面具有良好的成膜性,能使纤维表面的条纹状沟壑消失,使棉纤维表面相对平整光滑.QBPEAS用于织物后整理,能明显降低织物的弯曲刚度,提高织物亲水性,对织物白度影响不大.
A new quaternary ammonium polyether blocked polysiloxane (QBPEAS) was synthesized by ring opening reaction of epoxy polyether terminated polydimethylsiloxane with tetramethylethylenediamine. Chemical structure of QBPEAS, the emulsion and its membrane configuration on fibers surface were characterized by infrared spectrum (IR), nuclear magnetic resonance ('H-NMR), transmission electron microscope (TEM), nanometer particle-size analyzer and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results showed that the mean particle size of QBPEAS emulsion was 36.8 nm, and the Zeta potential was +42.5 mV. QBPEAS had a good film-forming ability and could eliminate the stripe type grave of the fibers surface, which made the fibers surface relatively smooth. In addition, QBPEAS could obviously decrease the bending rigidity and improve the hydrophilicity of the treated fabrics, and it has little influence on the fabric whiteness.
