摘要
介绍了以聚醚嵌段酰胺(PEBA)膜材料制备出的分离膜在有机蒸气回收方面的应用。分别从材料的特点、分离膜的制备方法以及膜的分离性能等方面进行分析,表明PEBA这种新型膜材料在有机蒸气回收方面的优良性能。并对复合分离膜的底衬阻力对复合膜分离性能的影响进行了分析,最后对气体膜分离在有机蒸气回收中的应用进行展望。
A new membrane material (poly (ether block amide), PEBA) and its application in organic vapor recovery were introduced. The characteristics of membrane materials, preparing methods of membranes and the performance of membrane permselectivity were analyzed respectively. These showed that the good performances of PEBA membrane material in organic vapor recovery. Secondly, a summary was given to the researches on the resistance of gas-separation com- posite membranes substrate. Finally, a proposal was provided for the prospects of application of gas-separation composite membranes in organic vapor recovery.
