摘要
利用定量与定性相结合的方法,对哈萨克斯坦巴尔喀什湖-阿拉湖流域的水资源量、水资源分布以及多年水资源利用状况进行分析,揭示近年来该流域水资源的动态变化特点和人类活动对该区域水体变化的影响。结果表明:巴尔喀什湖-阿拉湖流域水资源形式多样,但以湖泊水量所占比重最大;河流径流近10多年来虽然波动明显,但呈增长态势;冰川资源较丰富,但储量与面积都显著缩减;巴尔喀什湖-阿拉湖流域是哈萨克斯坦著名的地下水分布区,但开发利用程度低。在社会经济领域用水方面,来源主要为地表水,农业用水占总用水量的绝大部分,是影响用水变化的主要因素。20世纪90年代中期以来用水量随着流域人口的增长和经济的复苏呈现上升趋势,显示人类活动对水体水量变化的影响逐渐变大。
The qualitative and quantitative methods were combined to analyze the quantity,distribution,and utilization of water resources in the Balkhash-Alakol Lake Basin in Kazakhstan,in order to investigate the dynamic characteristics of water resources and the influences of human activities on the variation of water bodies in this area in recent years.The results show that the water resources in this basin are in various forms,and lake water accounts for the largest proportion.Although the fluctuation of river runoff is obvious,it has shown growth trends over the past ten years.Glacier resources of the basin are abundant,but their reserves and distribution area have decreased significantly.The Balkhash-Alakol Lake Basin is a famous groundwater distribution area in Kazakhstan,but it is not well developed and utilized.Surface water is a major source for socio-economic water utilization,and agricultural water use,which accounts for a large proportion of the total water consumption,is a major factor influencing the change of water consumption.Water consumption has increased with the growth of the basin's population and economic recovery since the mid-1990s,indicating an increasingly large impact of human activities on water change.
