摘要
影响中亚地区安全的因素是多方面的 ,除了领土争端、民族矛盾、宗教纷争、大国资源争夺、恐怖主义渗透和跨国界犯罪等因素外 ,水是引发中亚地区紧张局势的又一重要诱因。水资源短缺以及因水问题所造成的国家之间的紧张关系直接威胁着中亚地区的安全与稳定。近些年来 ,中亚国家加强区域内外的合作 ,在处理水问题方面进行对话并建立协作机制 ,取得了一定的成效 。
There are many factors affecting Central Asian security: apart from territory disputes, national contradictions, religious conflicts, great nations' scramble for resources, terrorist penetration and cross-border crimes, water is an important immediate factor triggering Central Asian tensions. Water resource shortages and tensions among nations resulting from water problems directly threaten the security and stability of the Central Asian region. In recent years, the Central Asian countries have strengthened cooperation inside and outside the region and set up a dialogue and coordination mechanism to tackle the water issue with considerable results. These moves will help defend Central Asian security and stability.
