摘要
针对LNG低温储罐9Ni低温钢材料的特点以及其在焊接过程中容易出现的冷裂纹、热裂纹、低温韧性降低、电弧磁偏吹等问题进行了归纳总结,提出了9Ni低温钢材料焊接的控制要点,并进行了详细分析。尤其对9Ni钢在焊接施工过程中存在的主要问题进行了梳理并制定了控制措施。通过现场实践可知,按照改进的施工方法能够有效避免9Ni钢焊接过程中易产生的问题,达到理想的施工效果。
In this article, aim at the characteristics of the 9Ni low temperature material LNG store tank, it summarized some problems occurred in welding course, such as cold crack, hot crack, lower low-temperature toughness reduce, arc blow and so on, put forward the key control points for 9Ni low temperature material welding, and especially analyzed the main problems existed in welding construction, it established control measures. The site practice proved that the improved construction method can effectively avoid the mentioned problems, and can achieve ideal construction effect.
