摘要 大型LNG储罐内罐材料采用9Ni钢,该钢种在焊接冶金反应和热循环的作用下,其组织和成分改变,产生脆性相,低温性能下降,冷、热裂纹倾向增大,焊接施工比较复杂;分析了9Ni钢低温储罐的焊接特点,介绍了9Ni钢低温储罐采用的埋弧自动横焊和焊条电弧焊焊接工艺,并叙述了实际施工中采取的工艺措施,包括焊接材料管理、焊接工艺参数、内罐底板与内罐壳体板焊接施工顺序和焊接工艺,这些工艺控制了焊接线能量,提高了生产效率,有效地保证大型LNG低温储罐焊接施工质量。 The inner material of 50 000 cubic meters's LNG cryogenic storage tank is 9Ni steel alloy ,under the reaction of welding metallurgy and the thermal cycling,the composition and the organization of this steel alloy are altered,generating a brittle phase,the ability to resist low-temperature reduced,the trend of cold cracks and hot cracks increased and welding process is complex;This thesis includes analyzing welding characteristics of 9Ni steel alloy of cryogenic storage tank ,introducing the welding technology of SAW and SMAW of 9Ni steel alloy cryogenic storage.And the paper described in detail the management of welding materials,the paramete~ of welding technology ,welding sequence of the backplane and the shell of inner tank and the important elements of welding technology.These technologies control the welding heat input to improve production efficiency and to make sure of the welding quality of the large-scale LNG cryogenic storage effectively.
