摘要
本文报道我国首例9Ni钢制大型乙烯低温储罐安装焊接技术成果。针对9Ni钢焊缝易产生冷热裂纹、低温韧性下降和焊接电弧磁偏吹三个技术难题,进行一系列工艺评定试验,通过采用低碳型镍合金焊条、控制焊接线能量和冷却速度、选用具有较高空载电压的交流弧焊电源以及严格考核选拔焊工、加强焊接质量检验和施工现场管理,使低温储罐焊缝检验的一次合格率达到99.38%,从而顺利投入运行。
This paper reports the welding technique for the first 10,000m3 9Ni steel low-temperature ethylene large scale storage tank built in China.In the light of 9Ni steel may cause welding cracks,toughness decreasing at low temperature and welding magnetic are blow,a serial technique evaluation testing has been conducted by means of suing low carbon Ni alloy steel welding rod.controlling welding linear momentum and cooling rate,electing alternating current (AC) are welding machine,choosing qualified welding worker,enhancing welding quality inspections and on-site administratiions,as a result,the seams qualification rate of the tank reaches 99.38% and it went into operation successfully.
