摘要
针对深水海底管道压溃破坏失效特点,利用数值模拟和全比例压力试验相结合的方法,开展了深水海底管道结构屈曲压溃分析,在此基础上拟合出管道压溃破坏的结构承载力显式表达式,并以此构建安全裕度方程;采用国际推荐的JC法进行了深水海底管道结构可靠性指标计算,对不同初始椭圆度、轴向拉力、屈服极限和径厚比等随机分布参数进行了敏感性分析,研究了参数分布对深水海底管道可靠度的影响,为深水工程结构设计提供了参考和安全保障。
In view of the collapse characteristics of deepsea pipes, this paper analyzes the collapse of deepsea pipes adopting a combined method with numerical simulation and the full-scale experiment. Then an explicit expression of the structural resist- ance is developed, based on which it could express a new safe margin equation. Structure reliability index of deepsea pipes is calculated with the JC method and sensitivity analysis is conducted on the randomly distributed parameters such as initial ovality, axial tension, yield limit and radius thick- ness ratio. The influence of parameter distribution on reliability of deepsea pipes is studied, which provides valuable reference and security advices for structural design.
