摘要
为了明确深水海底管道的抗深水压溃性能,防止管道发生压溃屈曲及屈曲扩展破坏,采用有限元模拟及实物管件外压测试试验的方法,对开发的X70钢级Φ914 mm×36.5 mm规格深海用厚壁直缝埋弧焊接钢管管件在35 MPa均布外压载荷下的抗深水压溃屈曲性能进行了试验研究。深海高压模拟试验舱外压测试试验表明,管件在不承受内压的条件下,最大外压加载至35 MPa,并保压15 min,管件无失稳、凹陷或压溃现象,管件的变形属于弹性变形。研究结果表明,试验管件的强度能够承受35 MPa的静态外压载荷,具备抵抗相当于3 500 m水深的海底管道的压溃屈曲能力。
In order to define the crushing resistance of deepwater submarine pipeline, prevent pipeline crushing buckling and buckling propagation destruction. The test researeh on resistance to crushing buckling perfornlance of the developed X70 steel grade φ914mm×36.5mm thick wall SAWL pipe fittings (used for deepwater submarine pipeline)were studied, at 35 MPa uniform external pressure loading, by adopting finite element simulation and real pipe fitting external pressure test. The external pressure test of deep-sea high pressure simulation experiment cabin showed that the maximum external pressure load to 35 MPa without internal pressure, and the pressure holding for 15 minutes, without unstability, concave or crushing phenomenon appeared on fittings and the deformation of fitting belongs to elastic deformation. The experiment results indicated that the strength of the test fittings can withstand 35 MPa static external pressure load, possesses the capacity of resistance to crushing buckling of submarine pipeline equivalent to 3 500 meters water depth.
