摘要
顶岗实习是促进校企合作、工学结合的有效途径之一,是高职教育人才培养的重要环节。以广西生态工程职业技术学院生态环境专业为例,分析了高职生态环境专业顶岗实习存在的问题,并初步提出了提高高职生态环境专业顶岗实习教学质量的对策。
The post practice is one of effective ways to promote school-enterprise cooperation and work-study combination, and it is an important link of talent cultivation in higher vocational education. Taking Ecological Environment Specialty in Guangxi ECO-engineering Vocational and Technical College as an example, in this paper, the existing problems in post practice of this specialty are analyzed, and countermeasures of improving the quality of post practice are proposed.
