摘要
实施新一轮绩效工资改革,涉及的利益群体众多,已成为当前事业单位改革中争议最大的敏感问题。文章介绍了云南省农业科研单位此次绩效工资改革的情况,分析了存在的问题,提出了要给每个员工平等的发展机会,并建立起长效的激励机制;要管好部门负责人和团队带头人,充分调动他们的积极性;要建立起有效的沟通体系,并强化绩效工资实施过程的透明度等建议,以期为进一步做好农业科研单位绩效工资改革提供借鉴。
The implementation of the new round of reform on merit pay,which involves many interest groups,has become the most controversial sensitive issues on reform of public institutions.Reform on merit pay in agricultural science research units of Yunnan Province was informed and problems were analyzed in the paper.Some suggestions were put forward,i.e.,giving each person equal chance for their development,building long term inspiration mechanism,taking good care of leaders of each group and mobilize their enthusiasm,setting up effective information exchange system to make the process of implementing merit pay being open to ordinary people.This will provide a reference for merit pay reform in agricultural science research units.
