摘要
绩效工资改革给图书馆带来新的发展机遇,文章提出图书馆应从馆员轮岗制、完善图书馆管理信息系统和利用博客强化图书馆管理与服务等三个方面来改革。
The performance-based pay has brought new opportunities for the development of libraries.The article is to propose three suggestions to strengthen the library’s management and service: working in rotation,bettering the information management system and the utilization of blogs.
