摘要
提出一种高效、实时的专门针对纸病检测的污点提取算法。该算法对CCD相机采集的每一行图像数据进行即时处理,并立即判断该行数据上有几段污点线段,该污点线段是否与上行数据的污块相连通。算法通过逐行扫描的方式,将被检测污块逐段向下推进,直到认为到达污点的最下方边沿。实际应用结果表明,该算法适用于检测任意形状的污块。
A new productive, real-time algorithm for web inspection system was proposed in detail. It can process the real-time handle of the data of every line image after photographed by CCD Camera. The algorithm would determine how many spots contained in the line , and whether these spots are connected with the blotches which have already been detected in the preceding lines. The algorithm can push the detected blotch down-wards step by step until the blotch reaches its bottom edge through every line scanning way. The applied results showed that the algorithm can be used to detect the blotch of any shape.
