气相色谱-质谱联用仪测定玉米子粒中2,4-D异辛酯的残留 被引量:3

摘要 为检测玉米子粒中2,4-D异辛酯残留量,样品用丙酮提取后,三氯甲烷萃取,经弗罗里硅土层析柱净化,用气相色谱质谱联用仪测定。结果表明:玉米子粒中2,4-D异辛酯添加平均回收率为88.7%~101.7%,变异系数为7.6%~9.0%,2,4-D异辛酯的最小检出量为2.0×10-11g,玉米子粒中最低检出浓度为4.0×10-3mg/kg。 A Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry method(GC-MS) was established for determining 2,4-D-ethylhexyl residues in corn.The samples were extracted by acetone,extracted with chloroform,purified by glass column chromatography with Florisil and concentrated and then determined by GC-MS.The results showed that the average recoveries were 88.7%—101.7% for corn.The coefficient of variation was 7.6%—9.0%.The minimum detectable level was 2.0×10-11 g and the lowest detectable concentration was 4.0×10-3 mg/kg.The convenient method can satisfy the requirement of residual analysis and provide reference for other crops.
