摘要 建立了液液萃取气相色谱质谱联用法测定地表水中四乙基铅。对萃取溶剂进行了优化,并对实际样品进行了测定。方法的检出限为0.01ug/L,水样的加标回收率为84.0%~92.5%,精密度(RSD,n=6)为1.60%~2.04%。实验结果表明,该方法准确可靠、灵敏度好,适用于地表水及生活饮用水中痕量四乙基铅的分析要求。 A method was developed for detection of tetraethyl lead in surface water and drinking water sample by gas chromatography- mass spectrometry( GC / MS) with liquid- liquid extraction( LLE). The solvent extraction was optimized and the water samples were detected. The detection limits of the method for tetraethyl lead were 0. 01 ug / L. The recovery rates were between 84 and 92. 5 %with precision of 1. 60 ~ 2. 04 % RSD( n = 6). The results show that the method is sensitive,accurate,and suitable for the determination of trace tetraethyl lead in surface water and drinking water.
