摘要 采用高效液相色谱紫外检测器测定水中四乙基铅,用二氯甲烷液液萃取,以甲醇/水混合溶液(体积比为95∶5)为流动相,ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱分离,选择测定波长为280 nm。方法在0.100 mg/L^1.00 mg/L范围内线性良好,检出限和测定下限分别为0.01μg/L和0.04μg/L,水样平行测定的RSD≤4.2%,地表水和废水样品加标回收率分别为78.9%~82.4%和62.4%~107%。 The tetraethyl lead(TEL) was determined by HPLC with UV detector,extractant dichloromethane,mobile phase methanol/water mixture(liquid volume fraction 95∶5),column ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18,detection wavelength 280 nm.The results of the method showed that good linearity was obtained in range from 0.100 mg/L to 1.00 mg/L,the lowest detection concentration and the detection limit for TEL were 0.01 μg/L and 0.04 μg/L,the RSD of water samples in parallel within 4.2%,recoveries of surface water and wastewater from 78.9% to 82.4% and from 62.4% to 107% respectively.
