介绍一种以工控机为核心、磁粉离合器为执行元件、采用半径跟随臂实时反馈纱团半径值的张力控制系统。具体介绍张力控制系统的硬件、软件设计,数学模型的建立与补偿等。
A tension control system is introduced. The industrial PC is the kernel of the system and the clutch made of magneto-powder is the actuator, while the radius of the gauze ball is fedback by the radius-follow arm. The design of the hardware and software of the tension control system and the establishment and compensation of the mathematical model are presented concretely.
