摘要
本文针对产品装配中关键零部件质量的保证问题 ,引入装配质量置信度概念 ,并在装配顺序规划中提出以关键零部件装配质量为装配顺序规划目标的规划算法 ,解决了柔性装配系统规划中装配质量及其定量化问题。并以摩托车发动机气门装配组件的装配为算例 ,证明本文提出的算法是完全可行的。
Aiming at the problem of insuring quality of key parts and with the concept of assembly certainty, this paper introduces the algorithm for assembly sequence planning. A quantitative analysis method for quality in planning of flaxible assembly system is given. The algorithm is approved feasible through the application to the assembly of a motorcycle engine.
