摘要
面对市场经济全球化的今天,任何一个制造企业都或多或少有一部分非核心产品部件由外协外委供方完成,外协外委供方提供产品的零部件质量和服务在一定程度上也成为企业最终用户产品的质量和成本。通过对外协外委供方产品质量分析,提出了改进措施。
With the globalization of market economy, any manufacturing enterprises are unable to undertake the production of all parts, more or less there are some non-core components are completed by outside contractors. The quality of parts and the service of outsourcing suppliers affect the quality and cost of the product in a certain degree. Through analyzing the product quality of outsourcing suppliers, the paper puts forward the improvement measures.
