摘要
针对绿色设计中由于产品零件数目过多而造成的拆卸序列“组合爆炸”问题,提出一种基于模块化设计的拆卸建模方法。首先运用有向图和无向图表示零、部件间的约束关系,建立了混合图模型;再利用模块化设计的划分原则生成子装配体,将模块化设计思想整合入混合图模型中得到模块化设计的混合图模型。采用该模型有效地解决图论模型中边与顶点产生“组合爆炸”问题。最后,给出了微机主机箱模块化设计的混合图建模的实例。
To solve the problem of “exponential explosion” that appears in the course of disassembly with the number of parts increasing,proposed a method of modeling for disassembly based on the idea of modular design. First, the constraint relations between parts/components can be represented with the directed graph and non-directed graph,the hybrid model of disassembly is built. Then,the subassembly is created according to the plot rule of modular design. The hybrid model of modular design can be obtained by combining the modular design to the hybrid one. The problem of “exponential explosion” of edges and nodes in the hybrid model can be settled. Finally,the disassembly hybrid model of modular design of PC' s main case is given as case study.
