摘要
以茎段离体培养的毛花猕猴桃组培苗为试材,比较研究了基本培养基选用、激素配比、所用水质、糖类选用、琼脂添加量对组培苗增殖的影响。结果表明:毛花猕猴桃组培苗增殖扩繁的最佳培养基为MS+2mg/L 6-BA,采用自来水配制,添加市售白砂糖40g/L,琼脂粉添加量为5g/L。
Taking Actinidia eriantha Benth seedlings in vitro as test materials,the effects of basic medium,hormones,water,the selection of carbohydrate,the amount of agar on the propagation were studied.The results showed that the best medium was MS＋2 mg/L 6-BA,using running water to compound,adding white sugar 40 g/L,and agar 5 g/L.
