摘要 水稻插秧机分插机构是决定插秧质量和效率的核心部件,设计、优化旋转式非圆齿轮行星系分插机构需要大量的数学计算。为此,通过LabVIEW和MATLAB混合编程技术,充分利用LabVIEW丰富的界面开发控件和MATLAB强大计算功能,实现了分插机构运动仿真人机交互平台的快速开发,开发的人机交互平台具有界面友好、计算精度高和功能易扩展等特点。 Transplanting mechanism of rice transplanting machine is a corn component which decided rice transplanting quality and efficiency, required much mathematical computation to designing and optimizing transplanting mechanism with planetary non-circular gears. The man-machine interactive platform was developed rapidly through mixed programming of MATLAB and MATLAB, and used interface development control in LabV1EW and mightiness calculation function in MATLAB, which had some characters such as friendly interface, computation results was accurate and function easy to expand.
