摘要
为研究嗜酸乳杆菌的生长刺激因子,初步研究了黄瓜、番茄、胡萝卜天然提取汁对嗜酸乳杆菌HS111菌种生长的影响。由单因素刺激试验结果得出:5%黄瓜汁、10%番茄汁、12%胡萝卜汁为HS111菌种的最佳刺激浓度;由正交试验L9(33)得出的最佳天然刺激因子组合为3%胡萝卜汁、3%黄瓜汁和12%番茄汁。因此,黄瓜、番茄、胡萝卜天然提取汁对嗜酸乳杆菌HS111菌种生长有促进作用,可提高活菌的数量,进而为人体肠道益生菌刺激因子的研究和健康饮食提供理论依据。
To study the growth stimulators of Lactobacillus acidophilus,the preliminary study on the effects of natural cucumber,tomato and carrot to growing of HS111 bacterias.The results showed that 5% cucumber juice,10% tomato juice,12% carrot juice all had marked effects to growing of HS111 bacterias in single factor test.The best combine is 3% carrot juice,3% cucumber juice and 12% tomato juice in orthogonal test.Thus,natural growth stimulators can promote the growth of HS111 bacterias,and raise the number of living Lactobacillus acidophilus.And then providing a theoretical basis for researching intestinal bacteria stimulate factor of human and healthy diet.
